Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Singapore Shipping Rates and Estimates (SGD)
• Standard Shipping: S$6.00 (Estimated 3 to 5 business days after dispatch)
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on Singapore orders of S$100.00 and up
• Express Shipping: S$15.00 (Estimated 1 to 2 business days after dispatch)
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from the 1 to 3 business-day order processing time.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to International.
Checking Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 8bobbins@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
For missing or delayed orders, we will investigate with the shipping carrier and update you before deciding on a resolution.
